Late fee's

Hello!

Thank you for paying for late fees as a small business owner I appreciate all of my customers and your business, after 5 years I have reluctantly implemented late fees in hopes of being able to keep each day running smoothly to ensure your dog has the happiest safest stay! Please see the late policy below for future ease;

What happens if I am late?

• If you are late for drop off that is no problem however, missed time wont be refunded.
• If you are late for collection the first 15 minutes are free however, after that you will be charged a 10EURO late fee and an additional 10EURO per hour thereafter. 

What happens if I need to cancel?

• Due to high demand we do not offer refunds for any cancellations. If you notify us with more than 48 hours before your booking we will gladly reschedule your booking.
